Founder & Physician
A physician who practices the way she'd want to be cared for.
I'm Christy Evans — board-certified OBGYN, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and founder of this practice. I built it because I couldn't deliver the kind of care women actually deserve inside the constraints of the insurance system. So I stepped outside of it.
Why this practice exists
Most of my patients arrive after years of feeling rushed, dismissed, or told that bloodwork is normal while their lives are clearly not.
I trained in a system that incentivizes seeing as many patients as possible in as little time as possible. That model is incompatible with the careful, longitudinal medicine high-performing women need.
I built this practice to do it differently — small, direct, slow enough to be accurate, and broad enough to handle the full picture: hormones, metabolic health, gut function, surgical gynecology, and the long arc of healthspan.

How I practice
The whole person, from the first visit.
First visits are 60–90 minutes. I look at your whole health, not just the symptoms that bring you in. Hormones, metabolic markers, sleep, stress, gut, movement, surgical history, and life context all sit on the same page.
Precision through advanced diagnostics.
I use comprehensive testing to understand more fully your health state and your risk factors. This may include hormone panels, advanced cardiometabolic markers, gut and micronutrient testing, Galleri testing when appropriate, DEXA bone density and body composition, genomic data, and continuous data from wearables to make precise recommendations.
Plans that evolve with you.
Plans are personalized and revisable. We measure, we adjust, we measure again. Care is collaborative. Decisions are yours.
