What's on your plate, what you've tried, what you're hoping for. This is the most important part.

Which membership (if any) fits, what next steps look like, and whether we should proceed.

Is there a fee for the discovery call?
No. The 15-minute call is complimentary. No credit card required, no obligation to proceed.
Is it a video call?
No. It's a brief phone call. You'll receive the number to dial in your confirmation email.
Who will I be speaking with?
Dr. Evans personally holds every discovery call at launch.
What if we're not a fit?
If this practice isn't the right home for your care, Dr. Evans will help you find someone who is. No awkwardness, no pressure.
Do I need to be in California?
For telehealth memberships, yes — Dr. Evans is licensed in California. In-person care is available across the LA Westside and South Bay.
