How to begin
The long-term vision for this practice is membership-based, because membership is what makes unhurried, continuous, relationship-based care truly possible. For the first several months as I open and thoughtfully build my patient panel I'll also be offering individual visits. This is a wonderful way to experience the model before deciding whether membership is the right fit for you.
The Comprehensive Consultation is the front door to every membership and the most direct way to experience how care is delivered here. We will spend 60 minutes together reviewing your history, your symptoms, your lifestyle, and your goals. You will leave with a written road map and a clear recommendation for next steps.

The Signature Membership is the practice's flagship membership. It is designed for women who want a single, trusted physician relationship covering the full arc of their gynecologic, hormonal, and preventive health.

Whole Health Membership is right for you if you're navigating something complex - perimenopause that isn't responding to standard care, persistent fatigue or weight changes, PMDD, recurrent gut or vaginal issues - and you want a deep functional workup with frequent touchpoints and advanced labs as part of your care. It includes everything in Signature, plus a full functional workup at the start of membership and an integrated treatment plan that follows you through the year.

Second-Opinion Consultation
$950 · 90 minutes
A focused, single-issue review for women who already have a primary gynecologist or who want expert input on a specific question. Includes a 90-minute visit with Dr. Evans, review of records sent in advance, and a written summary with recommendations. Available in-person on the Westside or virtually.
Best for: complex perimenopause or menopause cases, second opinions on hormone therapy, transitioning off pellets to FDA-approved bioidentical options, navigating a new diagnosis, or evaluating a recommended procedure or surgery.
Surgical and Procedural Care
Pricing available on request
For both members and non-members, transparent flat-rate pricing for in-office procedures and surgeries. The fee includes consultation, pre-operative planning, the procedure or surgery itself, and post-operative follow-up. Members receive member rates.
Home Visits
Pricing available on request
In-home visits for patients who prefer or require care in a private setting. Available for members and select non-members within the Los Angeles Westside and South Bay.
Walking Consultations
Pricing available on request
Consultations conducted outdoors on a walk — a relaxed, informal setting for discussing health goals, reviewing results, or checking in. Available locally on the Westside.
